Experienced investment professional with over 18 years of experience in the Investment Banking, Private Equity, Real Estate, Business Advisory, Government and Mortgage Industries. As both an investment professional and entrepreneur, Javier has facilitated countless deals across these industries. Whether executing Investment Banking deals raising equity or debt, advising companies in high growth phases, or structuring creative financial solutions, Javier has the skills and work experience to execute with the best.
Javier has significant experience in executing investment banking deals, private equity transactions (sourcing, structuring, performing due diligence, and closing), portfolio management, and leading investment committees. During his professional career, he continues to show strong managerial skills that allow him to coordinate internal teams and external parties. He has strong relationships in the financial, private, and public sectors in Mexico, the USA, and Europe. He holds an MBA from Babson College - Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from ITAM
